Privacy notice
This notice explains what we do with the information you send us through this website. We take no payments on this website and we never ask for card or bank details here.

Who we are
London Programmes, registered in England and Wales, company number [company number to add], registered office [registered address to add]. You can reach us by email at [add email] or by telephone on [add telephone].
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your mobile or WhatsApp number, whether you are a parent or a school, the age of the student, the number of students, the programme and season you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
We do not ask for passport details, identity numbers, payment details or medical information through this website. If a programme goes ahead, those are collected later, separately, and only where they are needed.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare a written programme and quote for you, and to follow up on that enquiry. Our lawful basis is your consent, given by the tick box on the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry.
Who we share it with
Where you ask us to arrange a programme, we share the minimum needed with the UK teaching centre, the accommodation provider and, where relevant, the transport or insurance provider, so that they can hold the place and prepare the programme.
Our enquiry form is handled by a form delivery service, and our email is held by our email provider. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Where a programme goes ahead, records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for accounting and insurance purposes.
Where it is held
Your information may be processed in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or by service providers outside them under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [add email] and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts and icons from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google.
Students under 18
Our programmes are for students aged 12 to 17, but the enquiry form is intended for a parent, guardian or school representative. Please do not ask a student to fill it in.
